Grail Moore

Ms. Moore is a 1987 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988. Ms. Moore had been employed by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. She acted as claims counsel making title coverage determinations and managing title litigation with retained counsel for insureds. Ms. Moore’s experience in private practice concentrates in real estate title litigation and real estate transactions. Ms. Moore is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Military Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Moore is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Mark J. Krueger

Mr. Krueger received his JD from St. John’s University School of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Krueger has been a commercial litigator for over 25 years. His experience is concentrated in real estate and title insurance claim litigation. Mr. Krueger has lectured before the Nassau County Bar Association on real estate matters and served as a Small Claims Arbitrator for the Queens County Civil Court. Several of Mr. Krueger’s cases reported in the Appellate Division and District Courts are accessible through this website.

Chris Kohn

Mr. Kohn graduated from New York Law School in 1994. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995 and the Massachusetts Bar in 2001. Mr. Cohn was previously employed by Fidelity National Title Law Group to represent insureds of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in defense of title claims in litigation. Mr. Kohn has extensive trial experience with over twenty-five trials to jury verdict. He also has extensive appellate experience with over thirty appellate arguments before the First and Second Departments. He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
