Butler, Fitzgerald & Fiveson A Professional Corporation is a boutique litigation firm with an office in New York City. Its attorneys are licensed in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Texas. For more than sixty years the firm and its predecessor specialized in commercial litigation and commercial appeals. The firm has extensive litigation experience in litigation disputes involving contracts, title insurance coverage and title claims, creditors’ rights, business and personal torts and real estate lending and development.
The firm’s goals are: (i) to utilize its best efforts to provide the most prompt and efficient service to its clients; and (ii) to obtain the maximum result at a cost substantially below that customarily charged by larger New York law firms and without compromising the quality of the service expected from large law firms.
